Ingredients
1 package soft tofu (300 grams)
1 cup chopped cucumber
2 tbsp hemp or grape seed oil
2 tbsp chives or green onion
½ tsp salt
Pinch of pepper
Steps
1. Empty contents of tofu package into blender.
2. Add cucumber and oil. Blend for 15 seconds.
3. Add chives, salt, and pepper. Blend for 5 seconds.
4. This dressing keeps in the refrigerator for 1 week.
