Peach Salsa

Peach Salsa

Yields 3 Cups

Ingredients

1 cup diced peaches

½ cup diced apple

½ cup diced avocado

½cup diced tomato

⅓ cup diced green onions

1 jalapeno pepper, seeds removed and minced

2 tbsp lemon juice

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp toasted sesame oil

¼ cup chopped cilantro

1 tsp ground cumin salt and pepper to taste

 

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl mix together all of the ingredients.
  2. Adjust the seasoning.
  3. Refrigerate for 3 hours before serving.
