Spicy Hazelnut Dressing
Partager
Yields ½ cup
This bold and nutty dressing combines the richness of hazelnuts with zesty lemon and a hint of heat from jalapeño. A touch of apple juice adds sweetness, making it a perfect complement to salads, roasted vegetables, or grain bowls.
The spice from this dressing comes from the jalapeno pepper. Remove the seeds for a milder heat. For a hotter dressing, add some of the seeds to the recipe. When removing the seeds, protect your hands with thin rubber gloves.
