Herbal Action: Diaphoretic, alterative, diuretic, Burdock root is an antiscorbutic, antipyretic, antimicrobial, antitumor, depurgative, stomachic, sudorific, and stimulant to the gustatory nerves.

Medical Research/Uses:

Roots: Acne, alterative, eczema, hair loss, jaundice, skin (problems, scaly), ulcers. Opens the pores. Contains inulin and protein.
