Dessert on a cleanse? Absolutely! 🍏 Who says you can’t indulge while staying on track? Whether you’re doing the cleanse or just craving a wholesome treat, this Apple Crumble hits the spot — warm, cozy, and perfectly sweet (without the added sugar!).
Apple Crumble
Serves 4
Ingredients:
- 6 apples
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup unsweetened desiccated coconut
- 1/4 cup avocado oil
- 1/4 cup chopped almonds
- 1 tsp cinnamon (plus 1/2 tsp for apples)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions:
Slice the apples and place them in a baking dish. Sprinkle with ½ tsp cinnamon and toss until evenly coated.
In a medium bowl, combine oats, coconut, avocado oil, almonds, remaining cinnamon, and vanilla. Mix well.
Spread the crumble mixture evenly over the apples.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 35–40 minutes, until golden and bubbly.
Serve warm — and enjoy every cozy bite!
