The combination of suey choy, kale, broccoli mixed with the tahini in the dressing is a fabulous way to consume calcium-containing foods.
Ingredients
- 1 cup mung bean sprouts
- 1 cup suey choy (Chinese cabbage), sliced thin
- 1 cup kale, sliced thin
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- ½ cup carrots, grated
- ¼ cup red pepper, chopped
- Lemon Tahini Dressing
Steps
1. In a large salad bowl, mix the sprouts, suey choy, kale, broccoli, carrots, red pepper and toss.
2. Serve with Lemon Tahini Dressing.
