Ingredients
2 bunches of arugula (to taste)
½ chopped or shredded red cabbage
3 tbsp goji berries
1 - 2 ripe avocados chopped
4 - 6 tbsp hemp seeds
Dressing: 1½ tbsp extra-virgin olive oil and freshly squeezed lemon juice
Steps
