Quinoa Salad

Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked quinoa
- 1 cup diced cucumber
- 1 cup diced yellow bell pepper
- 1 cup diced cherry tomatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp Braggs Liquid Soy Seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Add all salad ingredients to a bowl.
- Add oil, soy seasoning, and spices on top.
- Mix and enjoy!
