Quinoa Salad

Serves 2 

Ingredients: 

  • 2 cups cooked quinoa 
  • 1 cup diced cucumber  
  • 1 cup diced yellow bell pepper 
  • 1 cup diced cherry tomatoes  
  • 2 tbsp olive oil 
  • 2 tbsp Braggs Liquid Soy Seasoning 
  • Salt and pepper to taste 

Directions: 

  1. Add all salad ingredients to a bowl. 
  2. Add oil, soy seasoning, and spices on top. 
  3. Mix and enjoy!
