This light and refreshing salad combines tender salmon with nutrient-rich wakame seaweed, creamy avocado, and juicy tomatoes. A splash of lime juice ties it all together, making it a flavourful and nourishing dish perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 200 grams salmon (flaked or cubed)
  • ⅔ cup dried wakame seaweed
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 avocado
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
Steps
1. Soak the wakame seaweed in a cup with hot water for 5 minutes.
2. Chop up tomatoes and avocado, and then add everything to a bowl.
