Coated in olive oil and seasoned with a blend of thyme, rosemary, cumin, and a touch of mild chili powder, they bake to crispy perfection. Ingredients
- 1 large sweet potato
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Mixed herbs (thyme, rosemary, cumin, mild chili powder)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Steps
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Peel and cut the sweet potato into wedges.
2. In a bowl, mix together the wedges, olive oil, salt, pepper and the spice of your choice.
3. Place the wedges flat on a baking tray, and bake for about 25 minutes or until tender and golden.
